Refugee Claims and Appeals – IRB & Federal Court 

  • For individuals seeking protection in Canada due to a well-founded fear of persecution based on race, religion, political opinion, nationality, or membership in a particular social group.​

  • We accept refused cases for appeal at the RAD and in the Federal Court.

  • We accept Legal Aid Ontario certificates.

Visitor Visa Applications 
Federal Court Judicial Review of Refusals

  • Submission of applications for family visits, tourism, or special events.

  • We challenge refused visas in Federal Court. Guidance provided at every stage.

H&C Applications 
Federal Court Judicial Review of Refusals

  • For individuals in Canada without legal status, with expired permits, or who are otherwise ineligible for permanent residence through regular programs such as Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, or family sponsorship. 

  • ​We accept refused H&C cases to challenge at the Federal Court.

 

Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA) Applications and Court Challenges

  • Submission of PRRA applications for individuals facing removal from Canada. 

  • We also accept a refused PRRA to challenge through Judicial Review at the Federal Court.

Stay Motions and Deferral Requests

  • We file stay motions at the Federal Court to temporarily stop removal from Canada.

  • We submit deferral requests to CBSA to delay deportation.
